Responsibilities

The Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to support the day-to-day execution of the Alliance's marketing and communications efforts.
This role manages projects, designs and creates content, coordinates campaigns, ensures consistent messaging across digital and print channels and helps promote Alliance initiatives, events, and member engagement through timely, high-quality marketing materials and communications.

Requirements

Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
Experience with social media platforms, Microsoft 365, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and email marketing tools is required, as is skill in graphic design and website development.

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
