Responsibilities

• Develop brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all platforms
• Ensure consistent brand identity across digital, social, editorial, and event initiatives
• Drive audience acquisition and engagement across digital channels
• Lead growth across social media, newsletters, website traffic, and community platforms
• Implement data-driven marketing strategies to expand readership and engagement
• Identify and develop new distribution channels and audience partnerships
• Collaborate with editorial teams to amplify flagship content, interviews, and cover stories
• Build strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, creators, and cultural institutions
• Work with the commercial team to support advertising partnerships and sponsored campaigns
• Track marketing performance across all channels and optimize campaigns based on data and audience insights

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within media, publishing, technology, culture, or luxury brands
• Proven experience building and scaling high-growth brands or media platforms
• Strong expertise in marketing, audience development, social media strategy, and brand campaigns
• Strong understanding of content marketing and editorial-driven storytelling
• Experience managing high-profile partnerships and large marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
