Responsibilities
- Own the Amazon P&L: PPC, organic rank, listings, pricing and inventory decisions
- Grow Shopify profitably through Meta ads, creators, CRO and retention
- Run a weekly testing rhythm and report what worked, what didn't and what's next
- Manage our agencies and freelancers, and hold them to the numbers
- Use AI tools to move faster than a bigger team would
Requirements
- Have scaled a consumer brand on Amazon AND on its own site, with numbers to show for it
- Think in contribution margin, not just ROAS
- Use AI in your actual workflow, not just in your bio
- Love testing and are happy to be proven wrong by the data
- Want ownership. We're open to a real share of the profit you grow
