Responsibilities

• You're not just running campaigns. You're setting the standard for the whole team. You're the one catching problems before they become client fires, coaching other Growth Managers to be better at their craft, and driving real revenue results across a portfolio of clients who are counting on us to deliver.
• Client management and relationship building should be your jam... You will work closely with TNT executives and high-level stakeholders in client organizations.
• Account health and reporting for your "book" are your top priorities.
• You are proactive and jump in with real, innovative solutions before an account goes red.
• Triaging emergencies is your jam!

Requirements

• Meta and Google Ads are basically a second language for you — you've scaled big budgets, rescued dying accounts, and you could talk bid strategy for an embarrassingly long time.
• You've led other marketers and truly enjoy it — you know how to coach, how to give feedback that sticks, and how to tell the difference between someone who can't and someone who won't.
• You're hungry to grow and ready to earn it — title, comp, seat at the table — it's all on the table for the right person.
