Job Summary

Lead and own the theater marketing function, steering campaigns, branding, PR, and audience growth with strong cross‑channel coordination and rigorous measurement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage, coordinate and implement all marketing and promotional material and activities within established budget.
Support and expand public relations efforts to increase profile and awareness of the theater.
Manage and initiate email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
Ensure consistent brand personality for all mediums and marketing channels.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans
Plan, execute, and evaluate effectiveness of web, print, and broadcast media and direct marketing campaigns; ensure effective branded marketing communications; ability to continuously improvemarketing and advertising methods, approaches, and organizational impact
Measure marketing and brand initiatives that enhance and enrich the position and image of the Herberger Theater Center.
Provide regular and accurate reporting on the success of marketing efforts.
Develop plans and initiatives to increase audience generation and retention.
Organize content including collection of information and images for print and/or digital show program.

Requirements

3+ years marketing experience/education or equivalent combination of both
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Basic understanding of Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Basic understanding of print terminology
1+ year experience managing or populating WordPress based website
Basic understanding of Constant Contact
Proficiency in graphic design
Experience with Asana a plus
Tremendous attention to detail
Customer Service experience a plus
