Responsibilities
- The whole machine, end to end: offer and copy, sending infrastructure and deliverability, sourcing and enrichment, and the AI-enabled workflows that let one operator run many clients. You'll write copy that reads genuinely human (never AI slop), source leads no database has using Claude Code and custom scrapers, and run multi-channel outbound (email + LinkedIn) that actually books meetings.
- The endgame is real: as we grow, you step into Head of GTM , building and leading the delivery org.
Requirements
- 2+ years building outbound systems in modern B2B
- Deep hands-on across sourcing, copywriting, deliverability, enrichment, automation, and AI
- Fluent with tools like Clay, Instantly / Smartlead / Email Bison, MillionVerifier, Apollo / Apify, and Claude Code
- You think in strategy, not just execution — you find the angles and lead sources others miss
- You thrive in ambiguity and can't stop improving the system
