Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
Assist in the development and maintenance of player tracking information in the casino management system.
Able to activate, approve, and make manual adjustments to a patron account.
May be stationed as the second employee at the admission/exit turnstile area in addition to a Security Officer.
Effectively respond to customer concerns and issues to promote player goodwill.
Communicate promotions to internal and external customers. Perform and/or coordinate the pre and post event analysis.
Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments.
Work closely with CRM to ensure accurate details are incorporated into advertisements and materials.
Coordinates, organizes, and executes approved property promotions.

Requirements

Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
