Run influencer and UGC campaigns end to end, with sourcing and reporting

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot and edit content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels)
Build monthly content plans for clients and explain the thinking behind them
Track performance and recommend what to test next
Shoot days: join the founder on site at client locations around NYC, helping with setup, styling and lighting, and capturing both final content and behind-the-scenes
You will occasionally appear in content too
Run influencer and UGC campaigns end to end: sourcing, outreach, coordination, gifting and reporting
Help run our own Instagram and showcase the studio’s work
Research potential clients and bring ideas for new business
Help prepare proposals, pitch decks and case studies

Requirements

Experience working with a variety of brands, including hotels or hospitality
A strong aesthetic eye, with a portfolio that shows both beautiful work and real results
Strategic thinking: you know why content works, not just how to make it
Confident shooting and editing
Comfortable speaking with clients and representing the studio
Proactive and entrepreneurial: you spot opportunities and bring ideas
