Own and coordinate on-site activation operations and people management to ensure flawless event delivery for mid-to-large brands, aligning field activity with logistics, schedules, and client needs.

Onsite activation: direct execution and staff support at events in Los Angeles
Operations leadership: oversee daily workflows and cross-functional coordination
Team ownership: supervise multiple personnel to meet activation objectives

5+ years experience activating for mid to large brands
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
Strong leadership skills
Must be available immediately through June 21st and be able to work onsite in Los Angeles, June 18-21
