Responsibilities

• Website Implementation & Quality Assurance - Define technical and SEO requirements for website updates, new pages, redesigns, and site enhancements. - Establish pre-launch performance benchmarks for target pages and initiatives. - Review staging environments to ensure all requirements have been implemented correctly prior to launch. - Validate newly published pages and website updates across markets to confirm implementation quality and adherence to standards. - Perform post-launch quality assurance and identify any issues requiring remediation.
• Performance & Optimization - Track post-launch performance and communicate results to account leads for ongoing optimization. - Validate completed development tickets and confirm reported fixes have been successfully implemented. - Monitor website health and proactively identify technical improvements that support long-term performance. - Recommend enhancements based on data, best practices, and emerging opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Represent the SEO team during website redesigns, platform updates, and cross-functional digital initiatives. - Partner with developers, UX designers, content teams, project managers, and account teams throughout implementation. - Clearly communicate technical recommendations and business rationale to build alignment and drive adoption. - Help establish and maintain implementation standards, QA processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SEO, website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and website architecture.
• Experience working with development teams and website implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred

• Experience supporting website redesigns, migrations, or CMS implementations.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common CMS platforms.
• Experience managing multiple website initiatives simultaneously.
• Agency experience working across multiple clients or brands.
