Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and execute a plan to launch and scale our next product
Create and test short-form content across TikTok, Reels, and X
Run and iterate on paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and other channels
Talk to users regularly and turn insights into better messaging and growth
Experiment with different distribution strategies and double down on what works
Contribute to product decisions by bringing in user feedback and growth insights
Help define our brand, voice, and positioning as we scale
Use AI tools aggressively to create content, run experiments, and move faster across everything you do
Build and launch your own ideas using our products

Requirements

High agency, you figure things out and don’t wait for instructions
A doer, not just a strategist, you actually execute and ship
Startup-minded with strong entrepreneurial energy
Creative with good taste, you know what makes content engaging
Active on social media and understand how things spread online
Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a playbook
Strong communicator, especially in writing and content
Fun to work with, brings good vibes
Lives in or willing to re-locate to SF

Preferred

Experience creating content that has gotten meaningful reach or engagement
Experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Experience with UGC or working with creators
Previous startup experience
You’ve built or grown something on your own, even if it’s small
