Responsibilities

• Launch and scale new growth initiatives
• Identify and test new business lines
• Develop strategic partnerships
• Test new acquisition and distribution channels
• Research markets, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Analyze customer and business data to find opportunities
• Talk directly with customers and partners
• Take ideas from hypothesis → test → results → scalable process
• Build systems and processes where none exist today
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on company priorities

Requirements

• You have roughly 2–3 years of professional experience and a track record of being excellent at what you do.
• Are extremely smart, curious, and resourceful
• Have grit and can will things into existence
• Move quickly without needing much structure
• Think analytically but love execution
• Take ownership instead of waiting for direction
• Are comfortable selling, analyzing data, and building a process in the same day
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Have high standards and care about details
• Want significantly more responsibility than most roles give someone early in their career
