Job Summary

Own social content creation and visual storytelling for a wellness brand, combining posts, carousels, reels, and captions with trend research and audience engagement while iterating with AI tools to scale creativity.

Content & visuals: produce posts, carousels, reels, and captions tied to wellness storytelling.
Community & growth: engage followers, monitor conversations, and contribute fresh brand ideas.
Experimentation & tooling: apply AI-enabled workflows to speed production and test new formats.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating engaging social media content
Designing graphics, carousels, and visual assets
Editing short-form videos and Reels
Writing captions and brand stories
Supporting wellness campaigns and product launches
Researching trends and competitor strategies
Engaging with our online community
Using AI tools to improve creativity and productivity
Contributing fresh ideas that help grow the Aryaa brand

Requirements

Commitment of 10–20 hours per week
Availability for a 12-week program
Willingness to learn and be coachable
Interest in storytelling, wellness, or entrepreneurship
Comfortable learning and experimenting with AI tools
Organized and dependable
Open to feedback
Students and recent graduates from Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Film, Digital Media, Psychology, Wellness, Nutrition, Computer Science, and related fields are encouraged to apply
Location flexibility: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person

Preferred

Interest or passion in storytelling, wellness, or entrepreneurship
Experience with AI tools for marketing
Portfolio or prior marketing work (optional but encouraged)
