- Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to community presence
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at retail stores, community events, trade shows, and home shows
- Talk with homeowners and make a great first impression
- Set appointments for our Design Consultants
- Share information about our replacement windows and doors
- Start conversations and build relationships with new people
- Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals
- Help grow brand awareness in the local community
- Collect customer information accurately
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Represent a nationally recognized brand
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking with new people
- Goal-oriented and motivated by bonuses
- Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
