Event Execution: lead end-to-end activations across concepts, vendors, and logistics.
Team & Brand: manage staff and ambassadors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Measurement: track outcomes, capture insights, and feed learnings back into future programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage event execution from concept through completion, making sure every part of the activation matches client goals and brand standards.
Lead on-site operations, coordinating with vendors, managing production logistics, and quickly solving any issues that pop up.
Manage event staff and brand ambassador teams, ensuring consistent and effective communication of brand messages.
Provide real-time updates and solutions as needed.
Maintain brand integrity and quality control across all event components, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and experiential standards.
Track monitor and report on event success, gathering key data, insights, and lessons learned from activations.
Own event budgets and timelines, keeping programs on track, on budget and within scope while adapting dynamically on-site.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams by contributing to program development and execution plans.
Travel as needed to support activations across your assigned markets and programs.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in advertising event production, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
Proven on-site event execution experience, ideally within the alcohol or CPG industries.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams and think quickly under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.
Ability to travel with some evening, weekend and holiday work required.
Deep passion for culture and trends, including sports, nightlife, street culture, music, and broader millennial and Gen Z consumer experiences.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in fast-paced event environments.
Proficiency in project management and communications tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana.
Solid understanding of AI tools and a willingness to leverage them for tasks like organization, client support, and service enhancement.
Travel flexibility to support activations across markets.
