Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with our organization's goals and objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all event logistics from start to finish.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all requirements are met.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses to maximize cost efficiency.
• Develop event timelines and coordinate schedules for all participants.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with event management software and MS Office suite.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
