Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
- Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisition
- Increase retention via successful marketing presentations
- Coach, train and encourage junior team members
- Drive sales
- Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere
- Interact with clients on a one-to-one basis
- Setup and activate new Charter customers accounts
- Engage prospective customers on a one-to-one basis to explore Charter offerings
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications is preferred
- A creative mindset is a plus!
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be goal oriented
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
- Minimum Associates Degree or three years relevant experience
- Candidates may be subject to background screening
- Productive in a team environment
