Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
• Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisition
• Increase retention via successful marketing presentations
• Coach, train and encourage junior team members
• Drive sales
• Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere
• Interact with clients on a one-to-one basis
• Setup and activate new Charter customers accounts
• Engage prospective customers on a one-on-one basis to explore Charter offerings

Requirements

• Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications is preferred
• A creative mindset is a plus!
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be goal oriented
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
• Minimum Associates Degree or three years relevant experience
• Candidates may be subject to background screening
• Productive in a team environment
