Job Summary

Own Amazon growth and profitability with end‑to‑end responsibility from product detail pages to ads, while aligning Ops, Marketing, and IT to deliver on revenue, margin, and customer experience.

  • Growth & Ops Ownership: own Amazon storefront, pricing, promotions, PDPs, SEO, A+ content, and digital shelf performance.
  • Agency & Channel Management: manage agencies for ads and content; hold them to ROAS/TACOS, speed, and results.
  • Cross-platform & Compliance: coordinate inventory health, compliance, and expansion to Walmart/Shopify sites while protecting customer experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the growth, profitability, and day-to-day management of the company’s Amazon business
  • Lead and manage external agency partners while holding them accountable for performance, execution quality, speed, and results
  • Continuously optimize product detail pages, SEO, A+ content, imagery, keyword strategy, and digital shelf presence
  • Monitor and analyze dashboards, advertising performance, TACOS/ROAS, conversion rates, competitive activity, inventory health, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Take a highly hands-on approach to campaign reviews, merchandising optimization, pricing strategy, promotions, and content improvements
  • Partner closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and minimize stockouts, overstocks, and operational inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail sales teams to ensure alignment between online and brick-and-mortar initiatives
  • Proactively identify and resolve Amazon compliance, listing, operational, or customer experience issues before they become larger problems
  • Manage and update additional ecommerce platforms and websites including Walmart Marketplace, Shopify sites, and company-owned websites
  • Oversee online customer service and marketplace feedback management to ensure a high-quality consumer experience and strong seller metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience with significant Amazon Seller Central responsibility
  • Strong experience managing Amazon advertising performance, content optimization, marketplace analytics, and agency relationships
  • Deep understanding of Amazon ecosystem metrics including TACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, SEO, organic ranking, inventory health, and Buy Box dynamics
  • Strong Shopify experience required; experience with Walmart Marketplace and other ecommerce platforms preferred (TikTok)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, accountability, and initiative
  • Highly proactive self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where adaptability and execution speed matter
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and follow-through capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners
