Own the end-to-end improvement of system workflows and integrations, drive issue resolution with solution providers, and manage IT tickets and user guides for VTEX, Autostore, and B1. Lead site optimization, data-driven analysis of behavior and traffic, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and support to elevate ecommerce performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze the workflow and integration between the systems and look for opportunities for improvement
Communicate directly with solution providers to improve and/or solve complex technical issues
Respond to Jira tickets and (IT ticketing System) to solve and define technical issues with VTEX , Autostore & B1.
Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1
Optimize site functionality and navigation to enhance user experience leading to increased conversion rates
Identify and analyze customer behavior trends, sales data, website traffic using Google Analytics to broaden business opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with overall sales goals
Partner with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

IT knowledge, especially front-end and back-end e-commerce systems
At least 4-5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify,) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics platform preferred
