Partner with the Marketing and Communications teams to create uniform, compelling campaigns and impact reports.
Actively qualify and manage a personal caseload of 60 to 125 major gift prospects and active donors, focusing heavily on grateful patients, community leaders, and healthcare philanthropists.
Utilize and wealth screening tools to identify philanthropic indicators and establish ask levels.
Build customized multi-year proposals to secure five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts, matching donor passions with institutional needs (i.e. capital equipment) and naming opportunities.
Design tailored recognition initiatives to keep donors informed, engaged, and inspired to renew or upgrade their contributions.
Engage eligible legacy prospects in foundational conversations regarding planned and deferred gifts.

Requirements

Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need: Complete 8 to 10 direct, face-to-face visits bi-weekly to guide donors across the cultivation continuum.
