Responsibilities

Regional strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven North America marketing strategy that drives new customer acquisition, expands the existing customer base, and supports the region's growth targets.
Sales and CX alignment: Align the North America marketing strategy with the region's sales and customer experience (CX) strategy, ensuring pipeline generation and customer experience move together.
Sales and SDR partnership: Build and maintain close partnerships with sales leadership, sellers, SDR leadership and SDRs. This partnership is critical to achieving pipeline and growth targets across the region.
Team leadership and development: Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing North America marketing team, building a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
AI-driven execution: Identify where AI tools can accelerate campaign delivery, content production and reporting, and embed them into the team's ways of working.
AI fluency and change management: Build the team's fluency with AI tools and lead the change management required to adopt new AI-enabled workflows.
Collaboration with the Growth Marketing team: Partner with your fellow leaders in the Growth marketing team, which includes demand generation, ABM, the website, lifecycle marketing, SDR and regional leaders from EMEA and APAC, to bring global programmes to life in North America and represent the region's priorities back to the global team.
Alignment with global marketing: Partner with the broader global marketing organisation, which owns brand, comms, PR, social, and solutions marketing,.
Event strategy: Own the strategy and execution of regional events, trade shows and webinars, creating brand experiences that generate high-quality leads.
Budget optimisation: Manage the North America marketing budget, optimising the allocation of resources and investing where it will generate the best return.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, predominantly in enterprise software or SaaS, with a strong track record in regional marketing and team leadership.
Strategy: Demonstrated ability to build and execute data-driven regional marketing strategies that support growth from both new and existing customers.
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments.
Collaboration: A natural collaborator, comfortable working across sales, SDR leadership and global marketing teams to land on a shared plan and see it through.
AI fluency: Comfortable working with AI tools in marketing execution, with the enthusiasm and ability to help a team adopt them.
Budget management: Proven experience strategically managing regional marketing budgets, optimising spend and investing for the best return.
Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
Data literacy: Ability to review and interpret business and marketing data, drawing insight and taking data-driven action, using tools such as Salesforce, Looker and Amplitude.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives.
