Job Summary

Own and scale the creator-driven revenue program across social channels, shaping recruitment, incentives, and partnerships while driving GMV, paid performance, and cross-functional reporting.

  • Own the plan and results for creator program and partnerships.
  • Drive the pipeline into paid by aligning creator content with audience needs.
  • Lead and develop the creator team in collaboration with the Head of Creator Community.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Social commerce revenue. Accountability for GMV and contribution across TikTok Shop and creator-driven affiliate, including forecasting, promotional calendar, and the program's unit economics.
  • - Creator program strategy. Defining who we recruit, how we tier and incentivize them, and what the roster needs to look like to hit the number. Our Head of Creator Community owns the relationships and execution; you own the plan she's executing and the results it produces.
  • - Affiliate and partnerships infrastructure. Owning our affiliate platform, our entry into YouTube's creator commerce program, ShopMy, and whatever comes next in pay-for-performance.
  • - The pipeline into paid. Making sure the content our creators produce maps to the audience segments and concepts actually winning in Meta, so creator output is an input to performance rather than a parallel content stream.
  • - Reporting. A weekly view people trust: content volume, creator activation and retention, GMV, and creator-attributed paid performance.
  • - Team leadership. Leading and developing the creator team, and building the case for what it looks like as the program scales.

Requirements

  • - 5+ years in social commerce, creator, or affiliate marketing, including hands-on ownership of a TikTok Shop program at meaningful scale.
  • - Experience working with YouTube creators — sponsorships, integrations, or affiliate partnerships.
  • - Real command of pay-for-performance economics — commission structures, creator payouts, CPA and ROAS math, and where margin actually lands.
  • - Direct experience with an affiliate platform (Impact, Levanta, ShareASale, Pepperjam).
  • - A track record of growing creator-driven revenue, with numbers you can walk us through.
  • - Experience managing or mentoring others. You'll be partnering closely with our Head of Creator Community, who brings deep knowledge of our program and our creators.
  • - Genuine interest in apparel and in what Pact stands for. Our creators can tell the difference.

Preferred

  • - Apparel, beauty, or consumer goods background.
  • - Familiarity with creator management platforms and AI-assisted workflow tooling.
