- Trade Marketing Ownership: build and run channel programs, promotions, and tools that accelerate product adoption with professional accounts.
- GTM for launches: coordinate assets, training, samples, and sell-in with sales and education teams to speed first orders.
- Education and assets: create onboarding materials, curriculum priorities, and trade show playbooks to boost account activation and retention.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive product adoption, reorder rates, and revenue growth across spa, medical aesthetics, and wholesale channels
- Build seasonal promotional programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing opportunities tailored to professional account needs
- Own the professional new launch go-to-market process — coordinating assets, training materials, sampling, and sell-in support in partnership with sales and education teams
- Develop channel-specific merchandising strategies including treatment menu support, in-suite retail placement, and professional display programs
- Create and maintain a robust library of trade sales tools: sell sheets, category stories, competitive positioning, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides
- Partner with the sales team to develop account-specific marketing support for key accounts and distributor partners
- Develop onboarding marketing materials for new professional accounts to accelerate early adoption and first reorder
- Support distributor partners with localized marketing assets, training decks, and co-branded materials
- Own professional channel email marketing in partnership with digital operations — including campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance
- Manage trade-facing content across the professional portal, printed collateral, and event materials
