Job Summary

Drive the product marketing strategy and cross-functional execution that differentiates Candescent’s platform in the fintech market, turning complex tech into customer-centered narratives and orchestrating end-to-end go-to-market for new releases.

  • Growth & Positioning: Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks for platform and features for banks and credit unions.
  • GTM Execution & Alignment: Lead end-to-end product launches with ICPs, personas, readiness checklists, metrics, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Competitive Insights & Enablement: Own the competitive landscape, translate insights into messaging and product guidance, and build customer-ready enablement assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Growth/Positioning: Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks for platform and features for banks and credit unions.
  • GTM Execution & Alignment: Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product releases and feature launches with ICPs, buyer personas, readiness checklists, success metrics, and comms plans.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Align Product, Sales, CX, Operations, and agency partners to ensure value and differentiation; drive cross-functional readiness.
  • Organizational Structure: Build PMM structure in a high-growth environment and mentor future PMM hires as the company scales.
  • Messaging Consistency: Ensure consistent positioning across website content, sales collateral, campaigns, and external materials.
  • Insights & Strategy: Own the competitive landscape, surface customer insights, and translate into recommendations that influence messaging, launches, and product strategy.
  • Enablement Assets: Create customer-ready assets including decks, one-pagers, feature sheets, battlecards, demo narratives, and FAQs.
