We’re hiring a Director of Operations.

This is the person who builds and runs the operational backbone of Eden. A senior, high-autonomy role focused on translating strategy into executional reality, institutionalizing how the agency operates, and delivering operational leverage to leadership as the business scales.

You will:

• Own systems architecture: build and maintain the SOPs, workflows, and rhythms that allow Eden to scale
• Lead proposal coordination and business development operations
• Own end-to-end execution of curated executive dinners, client convenings, and hosted events
• Cross-account and internal project management
• Calendar and travel management
• Serve as the CEO’s primary operational leverage layer, taking day-to-day executional matters off the founder’s plate so leadership can focus on client strategy and business development
• Assist CEO with in-house media operations including podcast guest booking, production and administration
• Coordinate financial, administrative, and back-office operations across Eden’s distributed team
• Partner with Eden’s automation and intelligence partners to embed AI and tooling across workflows, ensuring technology amplifies quality and speed without replacing judgment
• Act as a conduit between Eden’s leadership and clients, ensuring continuous alignment, visibility, and communication

This role is ideal if you:

• Have 5+ years in operations, business management, or agency operations
• Have built and scaled operational systems in a growing, fast-paced organization
• Understand the rhythms of agency work: retainer structures, client billing, proposal cycles, and resource planning
• Have strong financial acumen—budgets, forecasting, P&L management
• Are sharp, detail-oriented, and allergic to operational ambiguity

Ideal background:

• Operations leadership at a tech, fintech, or comms agency
• COO, Head of Ops, or senior operations role at a high-growth startup or professional services firm
• Experience working with or within capital markets or digital asset companies
• Background in agency financial operations, including familiarity with retainer models and client billing
• Deep comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization

Prior ops-title experience isn’t required. Judgment, attitude, and execution are what matter.

Compensation: $80K–130K base + performance upside
