Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage workstreams focused on operational systems, platforms and processes to support Promotional Material Review (PRC), print operations, digital infrastructure, field communications, process improvement, budget, and more.
  • PRC Operations: coordinate scheduling and facilitating PRC meetings, manage PRC processes and Veeva workflows, onboarding/training, etc.
  • Perform QC checks on all materials prior to PRC submission to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure QC reflects prior reviewer comments and required updates
  • Partner with PRC Chair to prioritize submissions and align timelines with business needs
  • Support regulatory operations and promotional material submissions to FDA/OPDP (2253 and subpart H preclearance)
  • Track material lifecycle including approvals, re-approvals, expirations, and archiving
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and processes
  • Marketing Operations: collaborate on print vendor and fulfillment, congress/conference management, budget management and field collaboration support
  • Partner with IT, CSO and Procurement to implement systems, platforms, and processes to support cross-functional teams and drive marketing capabilities
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to address challenges and recommend enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, IT, CSO, Field Teams, Market Access, Agencies, Vendors) to ensure alignment
  • Manage multiple vendor and agency partners to drive workstreams and ensure timely delivery within financial constraints
  • Ensure consistency and compliance across operational processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 12-15+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing and/or operations experience
  • Direct experience with promotional review committee operations and Veeva PromoMats
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience leading marketing operations during product launches or in a growing organization
  • Limited travel up to 25% of the time
  • In-office 3 days per week (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA)

Preferred

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing execution, including Sales Force Marketing Cloud, media placements and asset taxonomy is a plus.
  • Experience successfully leading marketing operations during time of product launch or in a growing organization.
  • Experience in smaller company (or team) environments is a plus.
