Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing execution and cross-functional initiatives, leading a matrix of creative, digital, and content teams while coordinating with Product, IT, Compliance, Sales, Operations, and leadership.

  • Translate initiatives into detailed project plans with clear ownership and milestones.
  • Lead and coach multiple marketing functions including Creative, Digital, Copywriting.
  • Align cross-functional programs with business goals and ensure accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Marketing Execution
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the marketing organization.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans with clear ownership, priorities, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Ensure projects move forward proactively, identifying and removing obstacles before they impact delivery.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, and operational excellence.
  • Lead Several Marketing Functions
  • Provide direct leadership and coaching for some of the following functional areas, and general leadership for the entire team:
  • Creative Services
  • Graphic Design
  • Video Production

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience overseeing integrated marketing functions, including creative services, digital marketing, content development, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, agency relationships, and marketing operations.
  • Education and Experience details as listed in the role.

Preferred

  • Experience implementing marketing technologies, workflow improvements, or AI-driven productivity solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership through strategic planning, presentations, and organizational initiatives is preferred.
