Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive customer acquisition goals for organic and brand-led channels, working in close partnership with Performance Marketing and Creative to ensure full-price, high-LTV customer acquisition at or below shared CAC targets.
  • Lead strategy and execution for PR, organic social, influencer marketing, SEO/AEO, and emerging acquisition channels — with a test-and-learn mindset and a bias toward measurable impact.
  • Identify and execute brand paid media campaigns that amplify key moments throughout the year, ensuring complementary positioning with the performance marketing team.
  • Drive incremental acquisition through new licensing, partnership, and collaboration deals — structured and sequenced to maximize brand reach, cultural relevance, and new customer volume.
  • Consistently evaluate channel mix effectiveness through data and attribution, reallocating investment and effort toward the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development and execution — from strategic brief to 360-degree market launch — in close collaboration with Creative, Performance, Lifecycle, and E-commerce teams.
  • Architect overarching message hierarchies for brand and product campaigns, ensuring proof points, product storytelling, and emotional brand narrative are integrated consistently across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Own and manage the integrated marketing calendar, driving alignment across product launches, seasonal stories, promotional moments, and partnership activations.
  • Author and oversee marketing briefs that unite creative direction, channel strategy, and business objectives — and ensure cross-functional teams are activated with clarity and purpose.
  • Build and optimize scalable marketing processes, leveraging AI tools to improve brief quality, creative speed, and cross-functional collaboration.
