ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Director/Senior Director Influencer Marketing to lead and evolve our influencer marketing practice across the agency. This person will own strategy, execution, and growth of influencer programs, serving as both a client facing leader and internal expert.

You will define how influencer marketing shows up at Jack Taylor, building scalable approaches, guiding teams, and ensuring our work is both creatively compelling and performance driven. This role sits at the intersection of PR, brand, and performance, and requires a strong understanding of how influencer integrates into broader communications strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead influencer strategy across clients, ensuring programs drive both brand and performance outcomes
• Own client relationships, presenting strategies, performance, and recommendations
• Oversee campaign execution end-to-end, ensuring quality and consistency across accounts
• Manage and mentor the influencer team, setting direction and elevating output
• Build and refine scalable frameworks, tools, and processes for influencer marketing
• Develop and manage relationships with key creators and partners
• Collaborate with PR and affiliate teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Support new business efforts and contribute to influencer-led pitches

WHAT YOU BRING

• 8+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally within a PR or agency environment
• Strong track record leading influencer strategy across multiple clients or brands
• Experience managing clients and guiding teams
• Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, platforms, and trends
• Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership driven mindset
