Job Summary

Own the HCP education strategy and programs that connect brand messaging, clinical data, and launch goals with targeted physician segments, while leading cross-functional integration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Field teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the US HCP education strategy aligned to brand goals, lifecycle stage, and customer segments.
  • Translate brand strategy, positioning, and insights into differentiated education plans.
  • Identify priority HCP segments and tailor education approaches for each group.
  • Serve as the education lead in brand planning with omnichannel integration.
  • Oversee design and execution of HCP programs including peer networks, congress presence, workshops, advisory boards, and digital learning.
  • Develop compelling, insight-driven educational content aligned to clinical data and brand narrative.
  • Ensure consistent, differentiated HCP experiences across channels and programs.
  • Act as central integrator across Marketing, Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, Field Sales, Market Access, and Customer Experience.
  • Partner with Brand, Medical Affairs, Field teams, and regulatory/compliance to ensure alignment and non-promotional education.
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs, faculty, and professional societies; lead faculty development and advisory boards.
  • Incorporate KOL insights into strategy and content; support pre-launch readiness and onboarding for HCPs.
  • Ensure programs accelerate awareness, diagnosis, and appropriate treatment in early launch phases.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors; own professional education budget and allocation.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics, leverage data to optimize strategy and investment.
  • Plan and manage budgets and vendor partnerships; recruit and coach direct reports where applicable.
