Job Summary

Own cross-channel paid media as the enterprise growth engine, translating business goals into demand-gen programs, managing budgets and agency partnerships, with Amex collaboration and a focus on measurement and automation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for paid media contribution to revenue, pipeline, and acquisition targets
  • Drives return on media investment (ROAS) at scale across a significant budget
  • Leads portfolio decisions that balance short-term efficiency with long-term growth
  • Defines enterprise performance-oriented paid media strategy aligned to GTM marketing priorities, segments, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Translate business goals into demand generation strategies across channels including Global Paid Search, U.S. Advertising, and Account-Based Marketing paid media initiatives.
  • Owns cross-channel investment strategy and allocation
  • Holds decision authority on budget shifts, channel mix, and in-quarter tradeoffs
  • Ensures media operates as an integrated, full-funnel demand engine
  • Owns UPS–Amex paid media strategy, investment, and performance outcomes
  • Leads joint planning to unlock incremental, co-funded growth

Requirements

  • Proven leader with 15+ years managing large-scale, performance-driven media investment
  • Strong commercial orientation with clear ownership mindset
  • B2B expertise in performance-oriented paid search, digital advertising, customer loyalty initiatives, and full-funnel strategy
  • Experience operating at enterprise level across functions and partners
  • Track record of measurable growth through data, testing, and innovation
  • Experience with leading teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
