Posting Summary:The Division of Enrollment Management at Teachers College, Columbia University, is seeking a Director of Enrollment Marketing to serve as a strategic leader in shaping the student journey. This incumbent will design and drive high-impact, multi-channel marketing strategies that engage and inspire prospective students from initial discovery through enrollment.
Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Director of Enrollment Marketing is a critical role in the Division of Enrollment Management and will report to the Vice President of Enrollment Management. The incumbent will be expected to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated, multi-channel marketing efforts targeting prospective, applicant, admitted, and enrolling students.
The Director will be responsible for elevating the visibility, reputation, and market positioning of Teachers College and its academic programs to achieve enrollment goals globally across degree types. The Director will oversee the full enrollment marketing lifecycle from awareness through yield - leveraging data-driven strategies, compelling storytelling, and optimized digital and traditional channels. The incumbent will supervise the Enrollment Marketing team, comprising full-time and student staff.
