Job Summary

Own the subscription lifecycle from acquisition to renewal, turning data into retention, offers, and loyalty that lift MRR and LTV.

  • Growth & Retention: Design and run subscriber acquisition campaigns with Paid and Lifecycle Marketing to boost new signups and reduce churn.
  • Offers & Platform: Build bundles and flexible plans; partner with Engineering to improve the subscription platform.
  • Insights & Accountability: Bi-weekly performance reporting to leadership with clear takeaways on retention, engagement, and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Own the subscriber funnel from acquisition through renewal, managing KPIs including MRR, churn, and LTV - Design and execute subscriber acquisition campaigns in partnership with Paid and Lifecycle Marketing - Build and optimize subscription offers, bundles, and flexible plan options - Identify churn signals and implement proactive retention programs - Manage the subscription platform and partner with Engineering on feature improvements - Develop subscriber loyalty and engagement programs that deepen long-term relationships - Report bi-weekly on subscription performance metrics and present insights to leadership Requirements - Legally authorized to work in the United States - 3+ years of experience in subscription or DTC e-commerce growth - Hands-on experience with subscription platforms - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, or BI tools - Experience running A/B tests and iterating on offers based on data Benefits - Company funded ORCA card - Medical, dental, and vision benefits - Annual bonuses - Joining a fun startup in Seattle
