Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies.
• Create monthly marketing calendars for each Zora Group brand.
• Plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and grand openings.
• Ensure consistent branding across all companies.
• Manage all social media platforms including: Instagram; Facebook; TikTok; LinkedIn
• Content planning
• Caption writing
• Daily posting
• Community engagement
• Responding to comments and messages when appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply), OR 4+ years of professional experience in marketing, social media, brand management, or a related field.
• Experience creating high-quality photo and video content.
• Strong videography, photography, and video editing skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other social media management platforms.
• Hospitality, restaurant, or multi-location business marketing experience is preferred.
