Job Summary

Own end-to-end content and campaign operations across blog, social channels, newsletters, and investor communications, while coordinating webinars/events and keeping the brand and website current.

  • Plan and publish content across blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and email.
  • Oversee email/CRM list management, segmentation, nurture sequences, and simple reporting.
  • Coordinate creatives and vendors to move projects from concept to publish while using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the content calendar across the blog, social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok), and email.
  • Draft, schedule, and publish posts, newsletters, and investor communications; package podcast and video content into platform-native short-form clips.
  • Support email/CRM operations: list management, segmentation, nurture-sequence setup, and reporting.
  • Coordinate webinars and investor events end to end — setup, registration, reminders, follow-up, and logistics.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets and keep the website content current (market updates, case studies, team pages).
  • Use AI tools to accelerate copy drafting, repurposing, and production while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Track campaign and channel metrics and prepare simple, clear performance reports for the Director.
  • Coordinate with the videographer, designers, and outside agencies to keep projects moving.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a marketing coordinator, specialist, or similar execution role (strong internships count for entry-level candidates).
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with social platforms and at least one email/CRM or marketing-automation tool.
  • Comfort using AI assistants and modern marketing tools to work efficiently.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Scottsdale.

Preferred

  • Exposure to real estate, financial services, or investment marketing.
  • Basic design (Canva/Adobe) or short-form video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics (GA4), and webinar platforms.
