Our R&D kitchen, led by Michelin-trained Chef Jeffrey Hayden, develops recipes that work perfectly across our ecosystem of cafes, mobile bars, at-home products, and autonomous systems.We work with family farms in Japan to import ceremonial grade matcha, and develop drinks using real local ingredients.Our vision: Become the morning ritual for 1 billion people.Currently: Operating Vale Matcha & Coffee in Seattle while developing our automated machines for Q4 2025 launch.Join us as we build a system where craft comes first, magic happens daily, and speed serves you.
