We’re hiring a Head / Director of Agency to own and scale the entire agency division.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for:

• Driving revenue growth
• Managing brand relationships
• Building systems + infrastructure
• Scaling partnerships across our creator network

You will be the operator behind turning 6FC into the #1 creator-led agency in the world.

Agency Growth & Revenue

• Drive new client acquisition (outbound, inbound, partnerships)
• Expand existing brand relationships
• Structure offers, pricing, and deals

Client Success & Communication

• Own all brand communication and retention
• Ensure clients see clear ROI from creator activations
• Handle high-level relationship management

Systems & Operations

• Build and optimize onboarding systems for new clients
• Create scalable processes for campaign execution
• Improve internal workflows across creators, coaches, and brands

Partnerships

• Source and close high-value brand partnerships
• Collaborate on bootcamps, campaigns, and large-scale activations
• Identify new verticals and expansion opportunities

Team Leadership

• Work closely with creators, coaches, and internal team
• Potential to build and lead a full agency team (account managers, ops, etc.)

• Strong background in agency growth, partnerships, or client services
• Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value clients
• Systems thinker — you build processes that scale
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Highly accountable, ownership-driven
• Strong communicator — both internally and externally
