Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated go-to-market and launch strategies for new/emerging services and products across global markets.
Build comprehensive playbooks and tactical plans that align positioning, demand generation, digital, content, creative direction, PR, and channel/partner programs.
Present strategies and recommendations to senior global stakeholders (including CMO-level audiences), tailoring messaging by audience and region.
Translate strategy into campaign briefs, activation roadmaps, measurement frameworks, and budgets.
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
Establish KPIs, success metrics, and reporting cadence; analyze performance and recommend optimizations.
Ensure strategies align with regulatory, industry, and regional considerations for global deployment.
Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, stakeholder alignment workshops, and creative reviews.
Maintain accountability across client and internal teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met across concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy (B2B enterprise, product/service marketing, or agency experience preferred).
Proven success in developing and presenting strategies to senior global marketing leaders and CMO-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience across full-funnel marketing and communications, including positioning, product launches, demand generation, digital, content, PR, and measurement.
Strong ability to translate strategy into clear briefs, activation plans, and measurable outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment with fluctuating hours.

Preferred

Experience in industrial, sustainability, healthcare, or other regulated B2B industries.
Experience working on global accounts and scaling campaigns across regions.
