Support hospital communications and marketing operations, coordinating campaigns, events, and stakeholder outreach.

• Creates communication/messaging projects, including, but not limited to, social/digital media: creation of graphics and messages, creation of social/digital media campaigns, monitoring analytics and creating reports.
• Assists with website management, online business listings and directories and digital advertising.
• Assists with internal communication projects.
• Plans organizes, promotes, and carries out hospital-related events for the public, both internal and external.
• Performs support duties including, but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, etc.
• creates and maintains positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates with other marketing team members to support campaigns, projects, and daily operational needs of the department.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Nebraska driver’s license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, social media tools, video, and writing and editing copy.

• 2-3 years digital media and general marketing experience preferred.
