Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across social media, search, and programmatic networks.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting and analysis to internal teams and clients.
  • Implement and manage tracking tags (UTMs, pixels) to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Today Media at the forefront of the industry.
  • Provide technical support for digital products, including troubleshooting ad delivery issues and site integration.
  • Support Director of Digital Strategy with review and assessment of pre-campaign research and post-campaign insights

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or digital advertising operations is preferred
  • Experience with digital ad design
  • Familiarity with digital campaign best practices
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, programmatic platforms and email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to track and interpret user behavior.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Supports day-to-day digital operations with required administrative tasks including but not limited to maintain compliance logs, process documentation, quality control protocols, internal reporting and updating and maintaining required reporting for external departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a media or publishing environment is a plus.
