Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize all paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads, and emerging platforms
  • Develop budget allocation and scaling strategies for paid campaigns
  • Design campaign structures, set bidding strategies, and define targeting parameters
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test ad creatives
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement improvements
  • Manage Google Merchant Center performance, troubleshoot disapprovals, and optimize product feeds
  • Enhance feed structure for Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Ads aligned with SEO and performance goals
  • Lead technical SEO efforts, including managing crawlability, indexing, and site health via Semrush and Google Search Console
  • Build and execute backlinking initiatives and manage backlink profile health
  • Identify keyword opportunities and content gaps to improve search visibility

Requirements

  • - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ecommerce performance marketing
  • - Proven track record managing high-spend paid media accounts
  • - Deep expertise in Google Ads, including Performance Max, Search, and Shopping campaigns
  • - Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization
  • - Strong working knowledge of Semrush and Google Search Console
  • - Experience with Microsoft Advertising and emerging digital channels
  • - Solid understanding of SEO, backlinking strategies, and technical site health
  • - Experience with email segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and compliance standards
  • - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
