Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Marketing:
• - Under the direction of Marketing Manager and following marketing plan assist in creation and execution of email marketing campaigns for internal staff and customers.
• - Create and distribute customer surveys.
• - Prepare and distribute marketing materials for internal staff and external customers.
• - Update website, Google listings and monitor reviews.
• - Prepare weekly, monthly social, website and email marketing data reports.
• - Manage promotional materials inventory as well as print inventory for sales and other departments within MSC.
• - Print and ship approved marketing collateral for sales and other areas of organization.
• - Assist in shipping event materials and maintaining log to ensure timely delivery and return of show items including tabletop accessories, pop up signage and giveaways.
• - Support Employee engagement through emails, newsletter distribution and corporate events.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel
• Strong writing skills.
• Social Media knowledge (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Self-Starter
• Eager to learn
• Analytically Inclined
• Strong detail orientation
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Creative

Preferred

• Education: College degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience a plus, but not necessary.
• E-Commerce experience a plus.
