Job Summary

Own website content and editorial workflow while coordinating email campaigns and performance reporting, ensuring brand tone and accessibility across the firm’s online presence.

  • Website operations and testing: manage updates, ticketing in Wrike, and QA testing of new features.
  • Editorial quality and posting: proofreading, advisories, newsletters, and blog content across site and intranet.
  • Analytics and accessibility: prepare reports with Google Analytics and assist with Sitecore accessibility reviews.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website updates and content requests, including attorney biographies, headshots, practice and industry descriptions, events, and recognitions.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting, deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining editorial tone, brand standards, and overall content quality across the firm’s website and intranet.
  • Track, schedule, and manage website requests using Wrike.
  • Prepare website and blog performance reports using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
  • Support website accessibility reviews to ensure compliance with current standards.
  • Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide editorial support, including proofreading and posting advisories, newsletters, and blog content.
  • Oversee ticket management and assist with testing website updates and new features.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of office experience; prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture).
  • Working knowledge of HTML; familiarity with content management systems such as Sitecore.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, digital content distribution, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably Wrike.
  • Strong proofreading, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
