Responsibilities

• Customer growth and lead generation
• Build campaigns that put Koola in front of the right shippers and decision-makers.
• Work with sales leadership to define a qualified opportunity and track it from first contact through sales follow-up.
• Test channels and messages, measure lead quality, and invest more in what produces real opportunities.
• Create landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, and sales tools brokers will use.
• Own the website as a tool for generating and converting customer and recruiting interest.
• Improve search visibility, landing pages, forms, calls to action, and conversion rates.
• Build and manage Google Ads and other paid campaigns where they make economic sense.
• Report on traffic, leads, qualified opportunities, cost, and conversion.
• Connect marketing activity to our CRM and recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Experience owning digital marketing campaigns with measurable lead generation results.
• Strong working knowledge of website conversion, SEO, paid search, email marketing, CRM systems, and analytics.
• Specific examples of campaigns you ran, what you measured, what changed, and the business result.
• Experience working closely with a sales team and improving lead quality and follow-up.
• Comfort building the strategy and doing the work while the function is small.
• Strong writing and judgment. You can make complicated services easy for customers to understand.
• Ability to direct creative work and vendors, whether or not you personally produce every graphic or video.

Preferred

• B2B, logistics, transportation, recruiting, or another sales-driven industry experience is a plus.
