Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas, as assigned: Research and Analytics related to all digital platforms
• Responsible for conducting research and reporting on analytics related to digital marketing trends.
• Responsible for conducting research and reporting on competition in the marketplace for strategic benchmarking.
• Responsible for conducting research and reporting on analytics for all digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to social media platforms, Google Business Profiles, LocaliQ Agency Digital Advertising, website data, etc.
• Responsible for reporting digital advertising performance metrics and recommending messaging realignment on underperforming marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Responsible for digital advertising content creation and implementation.
• Responsible for the creation of multiple digital ad sizes and formatting for paid digital display ads, social media ads, OTT ads, etc.
• Responsible for producing and editing reels and video shorts to be used on multiple media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Responsible for the production and publicizing of social media stories.
• Responsible for making recommendations to the Marketing & Communications Manager based on analytics and data metrics, resulting in the execution of high-performing digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Possesses specific advanced knowledge and skills, including written and verbal communication skills, computational, computer and technical skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree with a recognized major or comparable experience, and; or comparable experience, and;
• A combination of relevant experience and completion of a high school diploma with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, or General Educational Development (GED) with a minimum overall score of 162.5, and healthcare-related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a trade school, para-professional, or certificate-type program.
• Two years of progressive responsibility in functional areas of Marketing and Digital Analytics.
• Two years of progressive responsibility in functional areas of Marketing and Digital Analytics.
• The performance of the job duties and responsibilities requires administrative knowledge of marketing technologies, advanced knowledge of all social media platforms and data analytics, and advanced knowledge of Google Business Listings, Google Reviews, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to create highly complex documents in Microsoft Word, including linking multiple files and embedding objects linked to other documents.
• Ability to use advanced functions of Microsoft Excel, such as to create and manage databases, including creating standardized reports, or link multiple worksheets and workbooks.
• Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of embedded objects, transitions and other elements.
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid CA driver’s license.
