Digital Account Manager & Media Planner

Drive full-cycle digital media planning and client management for a hybrid digital account role at LatiNation.

• Own end-to-end media planning, budgeting, and reporting for multiple client brands.
• Must-have: 2–3 years in media planning with DV/IAS and DSP/DMP familiarity.
• Standout: cross-functional liaison across Sales, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Finance to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media plans from inception to completion, considering inventory availability and aligning with key KPIs across digital product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client objectives with LatiNation’s digital advertising solutions.
• Manage client requests throughout the RFI/RFP process, including media planning, budgeting, media allocation, and responding to technical specifications and requirements.
• Work closely with Branded Content and Social Media teams to propose sponsorship solutions that leverage LatiNation’s full content portfolio.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and Sales teams on LatiNation’s digital product capabilities.
• Assist in developing sales materials, including case studies, RFIs, and client rate cards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of media agencies and client brands across various industry verticals.
• Oversee campaign management from initial setup to full execution and reporting.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal campaign teams, providing timely updates, strategic insights, and performance reports.
• Ensure client campaigns meet performance benchmarks by providing ongoing reporting, strategic optimizations, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in media planning, campaign implementation, or digital.
• Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and digital advertising standards, including VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSPs, DMPs, DSPs, and brand safety solutions (e.g., DV, IAS).
• Experience with various media pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPV, etc.).
• Experience in Linear TV planning a big plus.
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
