Job Description

Responsibilities

  • executing bottom-funnel (“engaged/aware prospects”) marketing campaigns that generate high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • work with brand and lifecycle marketing to ensure consistent messaging across audiences, while supporting sales with campaigns and automation that improve engagement and speed up the pipeline
  • Identifying messaging paths across products and audience segments
  • Testing and optimizing campaigns that drive meetings
  • Supporting handoff, targeting, and automation through the funnel
  • Targeting high-quality prospects via email and paid channels
  • Identifying gaps in the funnel and helping address them through campaign execution
  • Supporting campaigns that increase client value and rebookings
  • Building and maintaining campaigns that support active pipeline
  • Assisting in improving sales automation and outreach efficiency
  • Supporting reporting and campaign performance tracking

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in demand generation, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus)
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Interest in campaign performance, testing, and optimization
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales
  • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred

  • Experience supporting sales or late-stage marketing campaigns
  • Exposure to CRM workflows and campaign automation
  • Interest in B2B events, media, or sponsorship marketing
