Job Description

Data Product Strategy & Vision: Define the strategy and roadmap for Marketing data products that enable functional priorities and deliver measurable business value while aligning with enterprise data strategies; partner with BRMs to prioritize initiatives based on impact and readiness for advanced analytics and AI.
Data Product Lifecycle Ownership: Plan and deliver Marketing data products in an agile way; manage the backlog, translate requirements into user stories, lead Data Engineers/Architects/Stewards, and oversee releases with governance intact.
Data Quality, Trust & Compliance: Enforce data quality, lineage, metadata, and privacy standards across Marketing data products; embed governance and monitor trust metrics for continuous improvement.
Data Enablement & Workforce Readiness: Ensure data products are documented, cataloged, and supported with clear usage guidance; maintain metadata and reference materials to promote compliant data use and data literacy.
Data Product Performance & Value Realization: Define metrics to measure adoption, quality, and business impact; close feedback loops with stakeholders to demonstrate value and guide optimization.
