Job Summary

Own the CDP-driven marketing enablement by turning data into scalable audience segments and cross-channel activation with governance you can trust.

Job Description

  • CDP Operations & Channel Integration: Support the integration of marketing channels into the CDP and manage ad hoc CDP requests and initiatives. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within established governance frameworks to ensure a trusted, unified customer view.
  • Use Case Development & Activation: Partner with marketing and business teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact CDP use cases including audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalization. Drive activation of unified customer profiles across channels to deliver outcomes like increased repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Serve as a connective layer between marketing intent and technical execution, supporting CDP adoption across the organization.
  • Measurement & Performance: Define KPIs tied to CDP use cases (e.g., personalization lift, conversion, retention). Analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate impact clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
